TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD AND SIME DARBY MOTORS SIGNS MOU TO SPEED UP EV ADOPTION
 
 
In an effort to speed up the EV industry in line with the Malaysian Government’s tax incentives, Sime Darby Motors Malaysia and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has signed a MOU to expedite the adoption of electric vehicles including charging infrastructure.
 
 
Tenaga Nasional president and CEO Datuk Baharin Din in a statement announced that TNB has been transforming to be more agile and customer-centric, including enhancing its energy solutions portfolio to include sustainable energy options such as solar and hydro [energy], energy audits, energy efficiency management systems and now, EV charging infrastructure.
